Ohio’s Natural Areas & Preserves – Slide Program at Loudonville Public Library, Monday, July 18, 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Although much of Ohio’s landscape has been developed since pre-settlement times, an amazing variety of natural areas and preserves remain in the Buckeye State. These places include a million acres of forests, 75 state parks, 140 state nature preserves, 117 state wildlife areas, and dozens of city and county parks and privately owned natural areas. I have been privileged to visit and explore many of these places during the past three decades, and more than 100 are described in my books, A Photographer’s Guide to Ohio, Volumes 1 and 2. I will be at the Loudonville Public Library on Monday, July 18, from 6:30 – 7:30 pm, conducting a photo tour of the best of Ohio’s natural areas and preserves and signing copies of my A Photographer’s Guide to Ohio books.

Loudonville Public Library is located at 122 E. Main Street, Loudonville, OH 44842. Phone No: (419)-994-5531. Website: https://loudonvillelibrary.org/
